Request a VRiMS workshop for your upcoming event
📢 Surgical Society events are starting again on 24th October 2026.
If you are requesting an event for your freshers fair, please note you will not be charged the £5 workshop fee.
Welcome! Please fill in this form to request a VRiMS workshop. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can coordinate logistics. Our team will follow up via a WhatsApp group chat if approved.
We charge £5 per workshop to help sustain our mission and cover essential equipment maintenance costs. This fee also supports our dedicated student university representatives, enabling them to travel and ensure your events run smoothly. Please note: your society remains responsible for headset transport costs (typically via Uber).
Workshops are typically 1 hour: 20 min lecture, 20 min VR surgery, 20 min VR anatomy.
